Most security solutions focus on authenticating and granting proper network access for users. Unfortunately, even these advanced solutions fall short when legitimate and properly authenticated users leave their computers unattended. 70% - 80% of the reported security breaches happen from inside the organization making internal misuse the primary threat to any organization.
Most organizations have invested significant resources to safeguard their networks from external threats. From firewalls and intrusion prevention solutions to Antivirus and anti spam, keeping those outside the organization from gaining access in many cases is under control. Can you say the same for your internal users?
Our products help to eliminate unauthorized access by sensing when a user approaches a workstation and most importantly, when they leave. When a user walks away from an open session, ComputerProx takes over and quickly closes the session...without any additional keystrokes or intervention required by the end user.
While it may seem like magic, our solutions rely upon some very simple principles and some very remarkable engineering to accomplish these tasks. Whether you are using Biometrics, Single Sign On, Smart Cards, Tokens or Secure Passwords to authenticate users, ours sensors will integrate seamlessly into your network environment without the need for any hardware or software modifications.
We offer a full line of solutions to meet your needs. Our first
product, the very popular TF2000, uses ultrasound to detect the
users presence. We now offer USB pressure sensitive mats, wireless
door sensors that can detect when a user (i.e. Doctor) is leaves the
room, as well as, fobs that are similar to the popular remote
keyless entry systems used in cars. Visit our

ComputerProx TF2000 Protecting this Workstation
The TF2000 Sensor uses ultrasound to determine when a user
leaves the workstation and
automatically secures the system.
ProxMat - Pressure Sensitive Mat
Our new USB Pressure sensitive mat detects
the user presence and sends user defined keystrokes when the user
steps away.
No software is required for either solution since the TF2000 and
ProxMat use common keystrokes to secure your Workstation such as
Windows Key+L to lock your system when the user leaves.
